Vaxholm lies only 30 - 40 minutes from Stockholm City, in the middle of the archipelago. This idyllic small town with charm above the ordinary is perfectly situated on the island of Vaxön, or, in fact, in Eriksö outdoor recreation area with Waxholm Strand & Camping. This archipelago campsite lies sheltered on a peninsula with a beach and sea on both sides. Here you can find space for caravans and tents, but also our comfortable cottages, military tent for 20 persons, or caravans for rent. By the beach there are our Taverna and Reception. Here you can rent a bike, rowing-boat, play boule, book a sauna or just take a cup of coffee or light meals. We would like to have the pleasure to wish you welcome!
