Roslagen archipelago with 13,000 islands is a true winter paradise. When the ice are bright and smooth as a mirror, a long-distance skating on ice to the uttermost archipelago is a wonderful experience second to none.

Mats Persgården is situated on northern Väddö, 3 km south of Grisslehamn. Here the archipelago is easy to access. You can start your skating tour at our steamer jetty, or take a SL-bus to Ellan on Northern Singö and go skating the whole way back to Väddöviken.

Accommodation
We offer relaxing accommodation in double and single rooms in our genuine Roslagen homestead. Here you can enjoy a wood-heated sauna. You are welcome to do your cooking in our cosy farmhouse kitchen. If you want to enjoy relaxing massage after the skating, our skilful masseur Lillemor lives nextdoor and is happy to visit us. Please, contact us for bookings and prices.

Prices
350:- SEK/person in a double room, 400:- SEK/person in a single room. The price includes one overnight stay in a double room, bed linen and towels. We serve breakfast buffet with home-baked bread and eggs from the farm. From the buffet you can choose your favourites and pack a tasty picnic lunch to take away.
